01Mission

TrovoPilot exists to give auction resellers an unfair advantage. The name comes from the Italian word trovo— "I find" — because finding the right lots at the right price is the entire game.

Most resellers browse catalogs manually, estimate value from experience alone, and track bids across scattered browser tabs. TrovoPilot replaces that workflow with AI-powered intelligence: automated scouting, data-backed evaluations, automatic bid monitoring, and profit analytics.

02Who Built It

TrovoPilot is built by a solo developer and active auction reseller who needed these exact tools. Every feature exists because it solved a real problem during real auction weeks — not because it looked good on a roadmap.

03What It Does

• Scout— import HiBid auction catalogs and let AI analyze every lot. Each gets a profit score, category classification, and recommended/maybe/skip tier ranking.
• Evaluate— get AI-powered resale estimates backed by comparable sold listings from real market data — saved evidence plus TrovoPilot's local sold-price catalog.
• Track Bids — monitor all active bids across multiple auctions with automatic refresh, outbid alerts, and closing countdowns. Snipe view sorts all lots by close time.
• Field Scan — attend auction previews with your phone. Capture photos, GPS location, and notes for lots you want to research later. Works offline with automatic sync.
• Search— search auction lots by keyword across all auctions near you. Save frequent searches for quick access.
• Pickup & Profit — track won lots through pickup with checklists, split lots for individual sale, record sale prices, and see realized profit vs. estimates.
• Analytics— bid velocity sparklines, category performance, profit margins, scout accuracy, and auction house rankings. Know what's working and what isn't.

04Technology

Built with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase. Hosted on Vercel. AI analysis uses Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude.
