Service Description
TrovoPilot is an AI-powered auction intelligence platform for resellers. It provides tools for scouting auction lots, evaluating resale potential, tracking bids, capturing field data, and analyzing profit margins. The service integrates with third-party auction platforms and AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to deliver these features.
Account
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You must not share your session or allow others to access TrovoPilot through your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TrovoPilot only for lawful purposes related to auction buying and reselling. You must not:
- Use the service to engage in bid manipulation, shill bidding, or any form of auction fraud.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape data beyond normal usage, or abuse third-party API integrations.
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content through lot photos or descriptions.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service.
AI Disclaimer
TrovoPilot uses artificial intelligence to generate resale estimates, profit projections, category classifications, and comparable sold listings. These AI-generated outputs are estimates, not appraisals. They are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional valuations.
AI estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or based on insufficient data. You are solely responsible for your bidding decisions and should conduct your own research before placing bids or making purchasing decisions. TrovoPilot does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated estimate or recommendation.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion has a 30-day grace period during which it can be cancelled; after that, your data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
TrovoPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI estimates will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrovoPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated estimates.
Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing cycle, and you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. Unused credit packs (where no credits have been consumed) may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Modifications to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of TrovoPilot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
